The website https://fasanocascais.com (the “Website”) was created, is owned and is operated by The Oitavos, S.A., with registered office at Rua de Oitavos, Lote 63, 2750-374 Cascais, registered with the Cascais Commercial Registry under the single registration and legal person number 505 105 080 (“The Oitavos”), for the purpose of providing information on residential or commercial properties, real estate and land for sale or lease, as well as informing Users about its activities, being the use thereof governed by these Terms of Use.
The user of the Website, as a visitor thereof (the “User” or the “Users”), acknowledges that by using and browsing this Website, he/she is accepting these Terms of Use. Should the User disagree with these Terms of Use, the User should refrain from using the Website.
